Lancaster County Chooses Love and the Lancaster Recreation Commission are excited to offer three free wellness classes for our community, led by instructor Lydia Beam. Each Thursday will feature a different movement style—come to one, two, or all three! No commitment required.

• 8/21 – Dance Fitness
• 8/28 – Pilates
• 9/4 – Stretch & Restore

These classes are designed to be fun, accessible, and welcoming to all.
