Trans Minors Rights Has Merged with Lancaster County Chooses Love
We are honored to share that Trans Minors Rights has officially merged with Lancaster County Chooses Love.
In January 2025, TMR’s leaders approached LCCL to explore a merger because they believed our missions and community work closely aligned and wanted to ensure that TMR’s work supporting transgender youth could continue and grow.
Together, we are strengthening support for trans youth through expanded advocacy, access to gender-affirming resources like binders and tuck kits, educational materials for healthcare professionals, and intergenerational programming for trans youth and elders.
This is not the end of TMR’s work. It is the beginning of its next chapter as part of Lancaster County Chooses Love.
