Free Community Narcan Training
December 1 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
An overdose can happen anywhere: at home, at work, at a bus stop, in a park. Narcan (naloxone) can reverse an opioid overdose and buy someone time until help arrives. You don’t need medical experience to learn how to use it.
Join Lancaster County Chooses Love for a free training led by an instructor from Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health. You’ll learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to give Narcan properly. Free Narcan kits will be available to take home.
The training is open to all ages.
When: Tuesday, December 1, 2026, 6:30 to 8 PM
Where: Ephrata Public Library, 550 S Reading Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522
Cost: Free
Registration: Required. Email Stephanie Clayton-Kulfan at Stephanie@lancasterchooseslove.org to reserve your spot.
Because saving lives is community care.
