Canceled: Union Community Care Pop Up Primary Care Team

Our Union Community Care Mobile Clinic visit scheduled for Wednesday, August 26 has been canceled due to a scheduling conflict.

We’re sorry for the change and appreciate everyone’s understanding. The mobile clinic will return to Lancaster County Chooses Love on Wednesday, September 9.
