The Penn Medicine Program for LGBTQ Health aims to increase access to care, quality of care and patient experience for LGBTQ people at Penn Medicine. We act at multiple levels within Penn Medicine to meet this goal. For patients, we maintain a list of affirming providers for self-referral. Our program also offers LGBTQ patient navigation that can help patients explore options for medical care, update medical records, and problem-solve to address any barriers to care
