Recognition levels tell you how a business came to be included in this directory. They are not a guarantee that every person will have the same experience. That is why our declared and verified LGBTQ+ Affirming businesses agree to participate in the LGBTQ+ experience survey program. If they do not offer you the opportunity to review your experience or you are at non-participating business and want to share your experience, you can submit a review here.
NOTE ABOUT HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS: Though some of our local healthcare systems have changed policies directly harming trans youth, we will continue to list gender-affirming care providers, even if they are affiliated with one of these healthcare systems. There are many folks 19 and older in our community who need access to care, and we want to ensure they know which providers are competent in providing healthcare to trans folks.
