Take Back Your Privacy: Everyday Digital Security Training
February 28 @ 10:00 am – 12:30 pm
Most people navigate the internet daily without realizing how much personal data is being collected, tracked, and shared. From social media platforms to online shopping, digital activity often exposes more information than we intend.
Take Back Your Privacy is a community training led by Jessi that provides a clear, accessible introduction to digital security and online privacy. Participants will learn how everyday behaviors can increase risk and explore practical steps to protect personal data, strengthen account security, and make informed choices about devices and login methods.
This workshop is designed for everyday users, not technical experts. No prior knowledge is required. In addition to core privacy and security practices, the session includes guidance on planning for your digital afterlife so trusted loved ones can responsibly manage online accounts and information if needed.
