SUMMARY:Group Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a hike at Shiprock Woods Nature Preserve in Willow Street! The trail is just over a mile long and is classified as “easy.” There are a lot of cool paw paw trees to check out! \n\n\n\nWe’ll be led by an LCL Volunteer\, Courtney\, and joined by our Executive Director\, Parker! \n\n\n\nThis is open to folks of all ages\, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. End times are approximate. \n\n\n\nShiprock Woods Nature Preserve is part of Lancaster Conservancy\, which is an accredited nonprofit land trust that protects and restores natural lands for future generations. Since their founding in 1969 by local anglers\, hunters and naturalists\, the Conservancy has saved over 10\,000 acres of land to protect the ecosystems and landscapes upon which we depend for food\, clean water\, clean air\, economic and public health\, and the restoration of the soul and spirit.
