SUMMARY:A Time & Place for Caregivers
DESCRIPTION:This event will hold space for Caregivers* to share their experiences\, ask questions\, and find resources and community. You are not alone. Sharing your experiences with others going through similar struggles can be incredibly helpful and healing. \n\n\n\nOur Executive Director\, Parker Webb\, will be in attendance to help provide basic information and resources regarding our local transgender community. No one will be judged! This will be a learning environment\, so everyone will have opportunities to make mistakes. \n\n\n\n*Caregivers include any “parental figures” who contribute to raising a child. Please don’t discount your important contributions as part of the “village” needed to raise a child. If you need support or want to share\, please join us. \n\n\n\nIf you have any questions\, please contact Laura@lancasterchooseslove.org \n\n\n\nOur events are free to attend and also free from transphobia\, homophobia\, sexism\, ableism\, xenophobia\, fatphobia\, ageism\, hatefulness\, or discrimination of any kind. If you do not abide by these rules\, you will be warned and/or may be asked to leave.
