DESCRIPTION:Join Lancaster County Chooses Love at Lititz Springs Park for a community gathering in recognition of Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR). \n\n\n\nEach year\, Transgender Day of Remembrance honors the lives of transgender and gender-diverse people lost to anti-transgender violence. It’s a time to remember those we’ve lost\, hold space for grief\, and stand together in solidarity with our transgender community. \n\n\n\nThis year’s gathering will be hosted by Kendall Brooks and will include candle lighting\, community art\, music\, poetry\, and reflections from local speakers. \n\n\n\nOur gathering will feature: \n\n\n\n\nKendall Brooks: Host\n\n\n\nWren Clayton-Kulfan: Musical performance\n\n\n\nPhoenix Draig: Poetry reading\n\n\n\nCommunity Speakers: Jinx Canfield\, Noah Schenke\, Piper Bowman\, and Soren Brutout\n\n\n\n\nTogether\, we’ll honor the lives lost\, support one another\, and reaffirm our commitment to building a world where transgender people can live safely\, authentically\, and freely. \n\n\n\nAll are welcome to join us for this meaningful evening of remembrance\, reflection\, and community. \n\n\n\nWe remember.
